Matrix Background

This is a matrix background effect tutorial, it will teach you by simple way to create a matrix effect color background in photoshop. You have to follow all the step of this example to learn the technique and create it yourself with different color.

Start with a new document and adjust the size, take a new layer and fill "#335f50" color by the Paint Bucket Tool (G key).

Apply grain effect, go Filter menu > Texture > Grain. Select grain type "Vertical" and put right values.

The background should be like this.

Make duplicate layer and apply Graphic Pen effect, go Filter menu > Sketch > Graphic Pen and adjust the same settings.

Change the blending mode and opacity of the layer.

The matrix background is completed.
