Photo to Pencil Sketch

Hi

We are going to teach you how to turn a picture to pencil sketch in photoshop, it is very easy to make by the help of this example. We have tried to done it with some easy step those are given in this example, follow and enjoy it. 

First of all select any picture to convert pencil sketch, we have selected a beautiful baby picture for learning purpose that is below..

If you have a black & White picture, you need not to do this. make it black & white picture by pressing Ctrl + Shift + U key.

Make duplicate layer by pressing Ctrl + J key and change the blending mode "Normal" to "Pin Light". Now apply blur effect by following this path (Filter menu > Blur > Gaussian Blur) and set radius "20.5" as below.

The picture should be look like this.

Now select both layer and make it merge by right click then choose "Merge Layer" option, make duplicate layer and change the blending mode "Normal" to "Color Dodge" as here.

The pencil picture is completed.
